Looking at Matt Mullenweg, you wouldn’t think the WordPress creator would need to watch his weight. He’s a healthy-looking young man, at age 26.  But staying fit and staying healthy is a top priority to keep him at his personal best, especially with how busy he is running Automattic, the parent company of WordPress and several other blog-related applications.  He also travels the world speaking at conferences, and is constantly writing new blogs. And I guess if you think about it, with an official title of “Chief Barbeque Taster” at Automattic, maybe he’s thinking ahead about his future, as he diligently tracks his daily physical activity and health.

As Management Consultant Peter Drucker once said, “If you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it.”

Those are words Mullenweg takes to heart. He measures all aspects of his life, including his health.
